Business Development Manager – Scaffolding

The Reward


We have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading scaffolding team as a sales representative with the potential of career growth opportunities. On offer for this role is a base salary of $85,000-$100,000, plus superannuation, car allowance and a lucrative incentive structure. The salary can, and will, be negotiated for the right person. Full training and support will be provided to ensure you are successful in this role.


The Role


Working closely with the Victorian Sales Manager your aim will be to manage and grow existing relationships with builders. You will also be responsible for specifying medium to large commercial projects in the commercial, hospitality, retail, educational and building sectors.  Having previous experience dealing with these contacts is a must in order to be considered for the job. Your ability to manage relationships within the sector whilst securing business on major projects will be highly valued. Your ability to manage and drive key internal stakeholders and discover new opportunities will be key to your success.

You are an energetic self starter with a passion for sales, a willingness to achieve and an entrepreneurial mindset. Ideally you would be working in a similar role or an industry closely aligned with my client. You will be an experienced sales professional that has experience selling into and dealing with Top Tier architects and builders. The opportunity to build and exploit my client’s existing client base would be very welcomed. You will be a relationship builder have excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail.
