The Reward

Join a well known global player in cleaning services as their HR and Administration Assistant in Melbourne. On offer for this role is a base salary of $60-65,000 plus 9.5% superannuation. Full training and support will be provided to ensure you are successful in this role.

The Role

Reporting to the Office Manager your role will be to assist with HR processes and tasks as well as other administrative responsibilities. Some of the responsibilities will include tasks such as assisting in the recruitment process from end to end, coordinating employee induction programs, client reporting, booking travel plans for Area Managers and other administrative tasks. You will be a organised and motivated individual that can complete tasks in a timely and effective manner. Experience working within a fast paced environment with the ability to multitask will be highly valued by my client. Your ability to have a high attention to detail and communicate effectively will be highly regarded by my client.

You

You are an energetic self starter with a strategic approach to solving problems. You will have experience in HR and administrative day-to-day operations of an office. You will have strong skills in time management and the initiative to complete tasks. You will need be a relationship builder and possess excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail. Having the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast paced work environment is a must for any successful candidate.
