The Reward

Join a well known Australian icon in the paint industry as one of their key territory managers here in Melbourne. On offer for this role is a base salary of $75,000-$80,000, fully maintained company vehicle, superannuation and a lucrative incentive structure. Full training and support will be provided to ensure you are successful in this role.

The Role

Working within the sales team your aim will be to manage and grow existing relationships with painters, builders, contractors and manufacturers. You will be responsible for looking after existing accounts and influencing buying habits in order to grow these accounts. There will also be warm leads provided by the sales support team that you will investigate. It is of great value to have existing and lasting relationships with painters and builders that can be leveraged in order to maintain and secure new business opportunities. Your ability to manage and drive key internal and external stakeholders and discover new opportunities will be most welcomed by my client.

You

You are an energetic self starter with a passion for sales and willingness to achieve. You will have sales experience working in the paint industry or an industry closely aligned with my client. You will have experience dealing with and managing painters, builders and contractors. The opportunity to build and exploit my client’s existing client base would be most welcomed. You will need to be a relationship builder and possess excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail.
